Bryan Gunarathne is a psychosocial corporate trainer, coach, and consultant with experience in both the psychosocial and business sectors. He specializes in Design Thinking, Design Sprints, Business Module Development, DISC Analysis, VARK Learning Style Analysis, Food and Beverage Industry Training, and Psychosocial Training such as Goal Setting, Communication Development, Team and Capacity Building, Skill Development, and Motivational Workshops. He is also well-known for adventure training based on experiential learning and youth development training. Bryan's most remarkable project is the Specially Abled Pizza Hut Outlet, which is Globe's only working place staffed with employees with disabilities.

Currently works in the corporate and social industry. Skilled in training and development, Design thinking, adventure-based experiential learning, DISC personality analysis. Anuradha specializes in case management, social community work, volunteer management, and working with people with disabilities. Strong media and communication professional with a bachelor’s degree focused on Social Work. Anuradha is a diploma holder of World Diplomacy and International Relations and she was also a former global Volunteer trainer for ActionAid Denmark. She found her passion in volunteerism as a child, and today, she helps local and international volunteers discover their passion through volunteerism. 'Life is for the service' she says.

With a focus to Youth Empowerment and the implementation of the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals, Isuru has been working in the field of Community Development in multiple social layers. From the ground level, he was working as a regional youth leader in a Youth Club affiliated to the National Youth Services Council. During his undergraduate years, He was chosen to be the first Sri Lankan from AIESEC Sri Lanka to Slovakia, where he conducted training sessions on Cross-Cultural Understanding to the youth in Slovakian Universities and High Schools. Upon the completion of his Bachelor’s on English, French, and Psychology, Isuru extended his academic growth to an MPhil in International Relations. Professionally, Isuru was one of the Trainers at ActionAid Denmark and has over 10 years of experience in the field of education as a teacher and a lecturer. He believes that “Change” is part of the progress that we strive for.
